In particular, RIGENERAND, as owner, will be able to process:
• personal data, tax code, company name, VAT number, registered office;
• contact and contact details of the legal representative, shareholders / employees and / or internal contacts;
• accounting data relating to the economic relationship, administrative management and payments.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The data is processed for the execution of a contractual relationship between the parties, as well as the consequent administrative / accounting management (administration of contracts, orders, shipments and invoices);
The processing of your data, therefore, is necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship or in the pre-contractual phase (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of EU Regulation 2016/679) and for the fulfillment of legal obligations to which the data controller (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) of EU Regulation 2016/679).
Furthermore, the owner may process data for:
• Management of litigation (contractual breaches, credit recovery);
The management of the dispute finds its legal basis in the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the owner (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter F) of EU Regulation 2016/679) to assert his rights in court.
No special categories of data are processed as listed in art. 9 of the GDPR.
The provision of data for contractual purposes is necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship and failure to release it makes it impossible for the owner to follow up on the relationship.

There is no transfer of your data to non-EU countries.

Data retention period
Your personal data are kept for the time necessary to carry out the activities related to the management of the relationship with RIGENERAND and for the obligations, including the law, that follow.

Recipients of the treatment
The data will be processed internally by appointed persons authorized for such processing.
Furthermore, the data will be disclosed, as data processors:
• the accountant for tax advice;
• IT companies for hardware and software maintenance.

The Data Controller may communicate your personal data to:
• public administration bodies, control bodies, public security authorities, judicial authorities and other subjects, bodies or authorities acting in their capacity as independent data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate the data pursuant to legal provisions or orders of the authorities;
• suppliers of services closely related and functional to the activity of the Owner such as banking institutions for payment management, couriers for deliveries and law firm for the management of any disputes. In this case, the basis of legitimacy is given by the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Owner in relation to the organization of the business or the protection of one’s own right in court;
No data is disseminated.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to ask the owner to access the data, correct, delete them, limit the processing or oppose the processing of data, in addition to the right to data portability, under the conditions established by Articles 15,16,17,18,20,21 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Finally, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he believes that the processing that concerns him violates the European Regulation.
